**Spoiler Warning**

Rei and I are very explicit on the storyline, characters, and details of Season 3. If you have not yet seen Season 3 of Demon Slayer/Kimetsu no Yaiba (Swordsmith Village Arc) and DON’T want to be spoiled, skip this episode and give it a listen after you’ve seen Season 3.

Otherwise, please enjoy!

In episode 12 of The Salty Gaijin Podcast, my friend Rei joined me again to talk more about the anime, Demon Slayer! This season was super intense, and Rei and I had so much to say this time around. With lots of demon slaying action, new characters (and new favorites!), there was never a shortage of content for us to think about and discuss.

We didn’t stop there, though. Season 3 of Kimetsu no Yaiba brought to mind several, more “serious” topics that we thought were important to touch on in this episode. From female societal expectations, to the treatment of disabled persons, to trauma.

Did I mention we might have a new candidate for our Jesus-archetype? Move over, Tanjiro. Someone’s coming for your crown.

Listen to episode 12 to get all our dirt on Demon Slayer, Season 3.
